Each a notable success in North America’s contact center industry for more than 20 years, SP Data’s senior management team brings a wealth of knowledge, ideas, and possibilities to every client program.

A natural-born entrepreneur, Dan started S&P Data at the age of 26. With a vision to “bring quality to the call center industry,” he grew it into a 3,000 person enterprise servicing world class corporations such as Mercedes-Benz, American Express, Compaq, Apple, WorldCom MCI, Sprint, and AT&T. One of the first companies to use the Internet as a platform for reducing costs and boosting revenue, S&P Data averaged 300% year-over-year growth for five consecutive years.
In 1996, with the help of a blue-chip private equity firm, Dan led S&P Data through a merger that resulted in a new US company called International Data Response Corporation (IDRC) of San Diego. IDRC immediately won the launch of Sprint PCS and shortly thereafter added TCI or ATT Broadband. By 1999, IDRC had 3,000 seats in the USA in just 3 years.
Not content to ‘retire’, and looking for his next business challenge, Dan founded his 3rd company, eAssist Global Solutions Inc., to offer customers an integrated voice and Internet software solution. Wildly successful, the company was named Southern California Start Up of the Year in 2000 and attracted venture capital investment from Intel, ATT and six other institutional investment firms. Dan’s success speaks to his leadership and vision for creating positive change. Personally, he has won numerous individual direct marketing, customer service and entrepreneurial awards for his work with Mercedes Benz and American Express. His companies have all earned awards for growth, creativity and results.
